We're sure you have questions about Bike Me Up so we've put a list together of the most frequently asked questions of us.

However, should you not find the answer please contact us. and we'll be happy to help. 

  • Do you sell bikes or accessories?
    Yes. I can offer discounted prices on bikes, parts, and accessories.
  • What happens if the bike get damaged?
    There is a $30.00 fee for damages frame, derailleur group set, or wheels. No charge in case of a flat tire.
  • Do you provide guided tours?
    Yes. It is currently available with Road bike rentals. Upon request at this time.
  • What is included in the rental?
    Cable Lock, front and rear lights. Helmets are available upon request during booking.
  • Do you offer delivery or pickup services?
    Delivery and pickup services are available upon request and if staff is available.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Customer services are available 0800 to 1700, you may cancel 2 hours prior to your booking.
  • Do I need to make a reservation?
    No. Booking online allows to book ahead of time but can reserve day and time required.
  • Are there age or height restrictions?
    No. Currently we have medium and large size Cruiser bikes. Small, medium, large, and extra-large in Road bikes.
  • What types of bikes do you offer to rent?
    Cruiser Bikes and Road Bikes, we are expanding our offerings to include electric bikes and mountain bikes soon.
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
